About 3W Developments
The 3W Team, run by Sam, John and Patricia Whiting, like to think they have inherited some of their skills from a longstanding family of successful builders and carpenters, including Grandfather and Great-Grandfather on both sides of the family. They work very closely together to achieve success.
Meet The Team
John has many years experience in the building trade with a thorough understanding of planning and utilities.
Sam specialises in carpentry and site management.
Pat uses her administrative, managerial and accounting skills to handle all project finances, legislation and paperwork.
