I am writing to express our sincere thanks for the first class job 3W did with our building and alteration project involving our kitchen and adjoining porch/entrance. Not only has the finished work blended perfectly into the existing character of the property (which with an older property was extremely important to us) but the quality of the build finish and attention to detail is outstanding. When we first began considering renovating our barn conversion, we were inundated with horror stories about builders from friends and associates.
We talked to a couple of local builders and were even less at ease. Then we met with John & Sam Whiting from 3W Developments and were shown around two homes they had just built. We were immediately impressed with the houses. We were even more impressed with the one-two combination of experience and wisdom, together with youth and energy that father and son possessed. Both were very responsive during the building process and took time to answer all our questions or explain any part of the process when asked.
