Our Awards
At 3W Developments, we always strive for the highest standards in our work, and it's really rewarding when others recognise the quality and craftsmanship that go into our builds.
Over the past year we have been awarded 2007 Master Builder of the Year Regional Category Award, taking the prize for best new homes in the whole of the Midlands.
Recently were awarded Malvern Hills District Council's LABC BUILT IN Quality Award 2008 in the category of Multiple Dwellings, an award by the Local Authority 'Recognising outstanding quality in construction work within the District'.
This was particularly for recognition of high standards of construction and workmanship particularly related to the building control process.
